Using disposable masks for contact tracing.

People go to school or the mall and are given a disposable mask which is uniquely identified and associated with the person in a database.

They do school or walk around the mall for a couple hours or whatever. When they’re done with the mask, it gets put into a special recepticle. The discarded masks are then tested, and positive tests followed up on.
